Our signature SOLID-SIX Construction shell protects your home and family from sustained hurricane force winds of up to 200 mph. Short of an underground bunker, nothing is safer in extreme winds than a Solid Six Structure.
Concrete absorbs energy and acts a natural cooling radiator. A home kept at 78 degrees, when it is 95 degrees outside, will naturally radiate at a comfortable 78 degrees. If power is lost, the concrete will remain at 78 degrees and keep the air inside at this temperature much longer than a wooden or CBS shell home, which does not have the same thermal properties.

SOLID-SIX combined with the use of impact resistant glass windows it is the most efficient environment for safety and comfort that money can buy.

SOLID-SIX Construction homes resist noise transfer. They are designed and built to meet a STC (Sound Transmission Class) requirement of 55 decibels (the typical decibel level of a normal conversation). This is a direct result of the six inch thickness of the walls, ceilings and floors of the home, accomplished during the pouring process.
SOLID-SIX construction is impervious to rodents and insects with no wood to attract termites and other destructive pest such as rodent.

Wood components need to be involved in order for a concrete/steel structure to be weakened. These SOLID-SIX built homes are devised to resist fires for up to 4 hours at 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit, without affecting adjacent multi family units.
